HOONS
 


 

It’s late, there’s no bus, you first drove a car at 12, there’s a long stretch of highway ahead and just to get home you’ll face roos, trucks and cops. Hoons explores the issues and risks associated with young people behind the wheel, sharing stories of risk, frustration and tragedy.

HOONS was a high quality, dynamic “Youth for Youth” theatre performance piece that explored the issues and risks associated with young people behind the wheel, with the aim to promote the understanding and awareness of road and driver safety.

HOONS was selected to be apart of the 2008 Adelaide Fringe Festival Youth and Education Program (YEP)
